CAREFUL: TOUGH decisions. As I've said many times, your REAL AUDITION took place every day we ever spent together in class, in rehearsal and in an actual concert.
Your sight reading score was also added in.
Then, lastly, your "audition" time that you had during the last few weeks was also considered.
If you are disapointed, I'm sorry. There are only so many spots that are available. Before you judge the people who did make it, just know that this is the 222nd Chamber Singers group that I have put together and I BELIEVE THAT THIS NEXT YEAR HAS SOME WONDERFUL POSSIBILITIES.
Please make good decisions
about using technology (Facebook/Myspace, etc...)
to share your emotions! Sharing your happy or sad thoughts
(excited or angry thoughts) can be very dangerous to your relationships
to your friends in the Performing Arts Department, as well as your
future in the Choir and Theater Department. If you don’t
get what you have been hoping for, please take some time away
from your phone and your computer.
ALSO, if you DO get
what you had been hoping for, be careful of what you put into
print! You could easily crush a friend if they didn’t get
what they had been wanting so badly. Be conscious and
caring about your relationships with your friends.
Also
know that if you spew poison on Facebook, know in advance that you will
be burning many bridges for the rest of your time at WLW.

Please plan on attending the
FIRST CHAMBER SINGERS MEETING, which will be held on the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL, at 10:45 am till noon, in the choir room. This is a very important meeting to go over some prep details, eat some food and learn our first song together.
THEN, we get to go home for the summer.
